These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutocueMe, operated by The Barber Shop ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our service at autocueme.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AutocueMe.
AutocueMe is a web-based teleprompter application that provides voice-controlled scrolling, adjustable display settings, and AI-assisted script generation. We offer a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AutocueMe. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the service. By using AutocueMe, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at letstalk@wearetbs.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AutocueMe offers the following plans:
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for the remaining period unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

AutocueMe includes an AI script generation feature powered by Anthropic's Claude API. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of any scripts or content you create using AutocueMe. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. transmitting text to the AI API to generate suggestions).
All rights in the AutocueMe platform — including its design, code, branding, and features — are owned by The Barber Shop. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
We aim to keep AutocueMe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.
AutocueMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Barber Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AutocueMe, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AutocueMe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the service. Your continued use of AutocueMe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
